Liliana Lira-Rivera

Liliana is a native of Mexico. She has more than 15 year experience in the beauty industry, and a graduate of Leon’s Beauty School. Her passion for her heritage and search for self-identity lead her to pursue a second career. She concluded her Associates at GTCC and her Masters in Languages, Literature’s and Cultures at UNCG. Her commitment to the community is shown through various volunteering jobs with organizations like Hospice, teaching, mentoring, service learning, advising, and many other jobs to students from elementary to higher education. She has completed several leadership and entrepreneurial trainings; this along with her passion for the beauty industry was the catalyst to endure this entrepreneurial path. Lily looks forward to contribute through community involvement and future philanthropic projects with local NPO’s. Additionally, she plans to hone and innovate on the latest trends in the beauty industry. Her specialty is in color and cutting for the entire family. She has completed several trainings with Wella, Joico, attended multiple hair shows and online trainings. Lily enjoys spending time with her extended and immediate family; her husband and two daughters.

Hello everyone! I’m so thrilled to be part of Lily & Co. Beauty Lounge Team. My passion for hair as well as being an Autism mom lead me to Leon’s Beauty School where I had the pleasure in starting my beauty career and continued my education learning new trends with Joico and Matrix. I love this industry because I am able to help my guest smile as they walk out of the salon looking and feeling beautiful. Knowing that, each and every day is a new beginning. Each guest’s beauty gives me the excitement and willingness to continue my education and further my techniques. As a multicultural hairstylist Specializing in Bayalages, color, blow outs, prom and bridal styles. I am so excited to work on expanding my clientele here at Lily & Co. Beauty Lounge and I look forward to seeing you in my chair soon!

I am excited to be joining the team at Lily& Co! I have been a licensed hairstylist since 2006, taking a short break for a few years to pursue my art career while my daughter was younger. I am a single mom of a very creative kid and I came back to the hair industry for flexibility so I could spend time with her. I specialize in color services, including foiling, balayage, color correction and bright pop colors.

Hello, I am Teresa Stover, the Salon Coordinator at Lily & Co. I love people so this is the perfect job for me. I have been in this business for about 30 years. I had my own salon for 15 years and had my esthetic licenses during that time, so I did facials and body treatments. I stepped away to raise my oldest grandson and now that he is 18, I decided it was time to return to what I love. I am so excited to be working with Liliana and helping her “Dream” come true.

Tina is one of our born and raised stars. She is a graduate from Gate City Beauty School and has been a beauty professional for 27 years now. Since then she has worked on various certifications such as Hair Removal, Dermalogica, Ear Piercing, and Hair Replacement and Maintenance. She has truly enjoyed volunteering for several cancer events at Wesley Long and Pink in the Park. She has attended several hair shows around the nation and continued color training with Redken, Scruples, and Matrix. Tina's specialty is color, and color correction. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach and spending time with her family.

Barbara is a graduate of Mitchells Hair Styling Academy in Kinston, NC. In her 50 years experience she has completed a vast amount of certifications and classes, some of those include Pivot Point, Matrix, Redken, and Roux. Barbara has also participated in stage work along with Mr. Ray, an internationaly known stylist before he passed in 2008. Barbara’s specialty is color and perm. She also played a roll in organizing and helping at several Breast Cancer Awareness events here in the community and worked with Hospice and Palliative care as a volunteer. Barbara loves to spend time outdoors with friends and family.

I am so excited to start my new journey here with the Lily & Co Salon! I graduated cosmetology school from Leon’s in 2018. I then worked with Supercuts for 4 year, after two years I moved as a shift leader. I have tons of knowledge with men’s fading and women’s bonding. I excel with Paul Mitchell, Redken, and Joico color. I truly have a huge passion for the cosmetology industry, and can’t wait to grow.

Tiziana Scala was born in Southern Italy, moving to the states at the age of 4 and grew up in Upstate New York, where she graduated vocational school as a cosmetologist and has since been working as a profesional stylist for 35 plus years. Cosmetology has always been a part of her life with several, aunts, uncles, cousins & siblings in the profession. While in NY she attended many Loreal’, Paul Mitchel & Tony & Guy classes. She enjoys all aspects of cosmetology especially coloring, and has an immense appreciation for all her clients who choose her as their stylist. She has been married for 29 years moving to Greensboro, NC 24 years ago where she has raised 3 children. Tiziana has enjoyed many years of volunteering in school programs while her kids were in school, she enjoys country music, spending time at the beach and her true love is being with her family & friends.
